Booked ahead
Seats are held before you arrive, which is what matters on a snow day and through the holidays when the gondola sells out.
You get the confirmation, the ride times and the meeting point from your trip planner, not a queue ticket on the day.
Changes and refunds
Plans move, and the mountain moves them for you. What can be changed or refunded depends on how close to the day you are and on what the resort allows for that ticket.
